Birdbath SoHo is located in the former Vesuvio Bakery; a cute, green facade for the green bakery. One of seven Birdbath locations in New York, the bakery is located just around the corner from Vesuvio Playground on Thompson St, a rare place to find park benches in SoHo. Their menu changes seasonally (see their twitter for daily updates citybakery), so try the Homemade Cornbread Salad with cherry tomato while it’s available. Birdbath consistently has the best chocolate chip cookies in the neighborhood.
