Looking for a bite to eat in SoHo? Here is a neighborhood gem. Each Wednesday we will post a Drawing Center food fav.
Did you know that Soho’s Harney and Son’s Tea shop also has a small cafe in the back? At the Harney and Sons Tea lounge you can try the 250 flavors of tea, a variety of other beverages, and experimental combinations of tea infused pastries made in collaboration with local bakers. The kitchen offers canapes, roasted nuts, and cheese plates to accompany tea tasting. A small pot of Indian Nimbu black tea and Lapsang Souchong gravlax, a take on the classic salmon canape with green tea cream cheese = GOOD.
Harney and Son’s Tea: 433 Broome Street, New York, NY 10013 between Broadway and Crosby.
