Open Sessions 7: Hibernating Plan is on view as of July 15. Evening opening is this coming Thursday, July 14, 6-8pm. This is a group exhibition that considers drawing in relationship to the sense of suspended time inherent in planning. Featuring artists #ShereeHovsepian, #RafaelKelman, #ArnoldKemp, #ThessiaMachado, #SunMoqing, #SaraChangYan, and #TuguldurYondonjamts, the exhibition explores the notion of the “sketch” in relation to the instinct to hibernate, intuit, and mull over. Works will feature light, sound, drawing, sculpture, and moving image. #OpenSessions Image: Arnold Kemp Untitled Drawing, 2015. Photocopy on paper, embellished with watercolor. Courtesy of the artist.
