Artists have a variety of methods to make their mark. Every Friday we will share a photograph of an #ArtistInAction. "Go to Hell or Atlanta, Whichever Comes First" at Victoria Miro gallery (London, 2015) contained a variety of Kara Walker’s works ranging from her well-known silhouettes to charcoal drawings. In her work we find the recurring complex narratives in which she touches upon historical traumas related to race, gender, and identity.
