Today Spencer Topel is installing his work "Echoic Memory" in our Drawing Room. During all three nights of Drawing Sound II you can walk through this architectural sound installation based on acoustic analysis of the gallery. A unique collection of natural wood monochords will be sounded by magnetically resonating strings, reproducing delayed sounds from our adjacent Main Gallery.
