In conjunction with our exhibit "Portraits from the École des Beaux-Arts Paris" that opens Friday, The Drawing Center is hosting the launch of artist and practicing psychiatrist Martin Wilner’s “Case Histories 2012” limited artist's edition benefit portfolio. This edition features Wilner’s unique monthly portrait drawings of artists, filmmakers, musicians, curators, and collectors, created over the course of 2012. Wilner will sit down with longtime friend of the artist Mickey Cartin and Executive Director of The Drawing Center, Brett Littman (who both “sat” for portraits in Wilner’s "Making History" series) to discuss his process.
