Families will participate in a workshop inspired by the work in our exhibition "Tomi Ungerer: All in One". We will view and discuss the works of Ungerer, focusing on his children's books and posters in the exhibition. Then, using drawing methods and techniques of Ungerer's 2013 children’s book "Fog Island", families will create drawings that incorporate dualities as seen throughout the artist's life - and invent a short story of an unlikely hero or the flip side of a "despicable character."
