Kevin wasn't in Software Engineering when he first got to UOIT... "I first started in Electrical Engineering, but over the course of the first 2 years, I found Software Engineering to fit my preferences. I was able to switch over easily with the help of the school. Software Engineering provided more programming experience and many ways to develop a product using engineering principles. This program gave me more applicable knowledge in the fields I wanted to study." After graduating UOIT, Kevin is ready to hit the workforce, already securing a job with Amazon. "I will be starting as a full-time new hire at Amazon. I have been to Amazon before on a co-op during the summer before 4th year.
