Daley and our National President Elsie Cooke-Holmes from the '70s and 2000's! In the photo on the left Soror Cooke-Holmes and Soror Daley are featured with three of our beloved Founders at a ribbon cutting at the National Headquarters. Soror Cooke-Holmes served as National Second Vice President during Soror Daley's administration. Today, Soror Daley serves as the National Chair and Eighth President of NCNW, Inc.
