Since taking over as head coach in 2003 her teams have appeared in six Big Ten Conference Championships. Coach Brand came to Rutgers after one season as head coach at Fairfield University where she led the stags to a 10 - 7 overall record. 🥍 Coach Brand and GC got a chance to talk about her time as the youngest head coach in all of the NCAA, some of her trials by fire, communicating her expectations, asking more of her players, and much more.
