This CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING will be your new favorite breakfast! 😋💗
Calling all chocolate lovers… chia pudding is an amazing breakfast because it is full of protein, fiber and nutrients! This version is my FAVORITE because it is sweet and creamy, and will kick your morning off to a great start! ✨
What you need:
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Add all ingredients to an airtight container and whisk or shake until it is well combined. Place in fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. I like to stir it once or twice while it is setting to make sure it all is combined! Enjoy as is, or layer with greek yogurt and berries! 🙌
