Women’s Equality Day is coming up on Friday, August 26! In celebration of this day we'll be sharing #ProtivitiStories from our people telling us about a moment they felt women’s equality was important while working for #Protiviti. This is what Domonique S. Williams shared with us: "For me, a moment when I felt women’s equality was important was a number of years ago while campus recruiting. In order for me to feel comfortable recruiting, I felt that I needed to ensure that I was persuading candidates to join an environment that welcomed their creativity, their personality, and their bringing their whole selves to work.  Women’s equality is critical to Protiviti’s success by continuing to support a diverse, growing talent pool.  I personally have been supported by a host of leaders throughout the organization and feel beholden to pay it forward – as all leaders should." - Domonique S.
