The Jr. Rockets League in partnership with the Houston Police Department and Houston Parks and Recreation Department provided an experience in which participants learn meaningful skills on and off the court through the game of basketball. The Rockets, HPD, and HPARD utilized the Jr. Rockets League to create a foundation in which participants can connect with each organization and get the tools needed to become the future leaders of the City of Houston.
