The faces behind the whole operation are a Clemson alumni couple that met here in college, are now married, and are the owners of a successful small business in TigerTown. Starting a restaurant in Clemson has been a dream of mine for nearly 15 years, and The Roller Mills Smokehouse has only taken us one step closer. I would have never been able to do this without my wife, and we look forward to continuing to make an impact in the community.
