Throughout my entire school career, I was told that if I worked hard and earned the grades, I would have my college tuition paid through TOPS. So, I studied and earned the grades. I faced the challenge of paying for school without my tuition fully funded my freshman year, but I applied for loans and got grants so I scraped by. Now, as a junior, my fees have increased and tuition not being fully paid worries me.
