I had the opportunity to photograph a few of my favorite bands the other day and made some great connections for future shows. Lately life has been a lot of ups and downs, but the downs have been less invasive because the ups have been so amazing. Before I used to think the ups and downs were just a series of events, but it’s really about how you perceive each event happening and what solutions are available if it doesn’t go your way. I love that I’m in full control of my life and how I can pick and choose who I work with instead of the alternative. I don’t need to depend on anyone anymore because I decide what stays in my life and I’m able to cut out the negativity. I, truly, have never been happier. And I’m excited to see where my future endeavors take me. Especially with some new developments that have been in the works as of last month. I’m excited to be able to create these same opportunities for all creatives like me through denvercreates so they have a hub for freelance work...
