Dancing with the devils - Correfoc frames Part 1 🎇 As part of Festes de Santa Eulàlia, this Catalan tradition also known as the ‘Fire Runs’ is one of the most exciting events I have been to. People dressed as devils parade through the streets of Barcelona, banging drums and shooting fireworks in all directions. This constant spray of firecrackers does not slow down for anyone in the way - and this is one thing that many of the Correfoc spectators embrace. The adrenaline of dancing with these devils as sparks rain down on you makes this event so fascinating for some, and scary for others.
