Currently, they do not offer full buyout/private parties, but I connected with the GM and we are going to stay in touch if that changes! Still, this is a fun option for a ladies or guys night out or even a coed bachelorette/bachelor night. Located in downtown Meridian (keep an eye on this growing old town hot spot! Lots of great shops, restaurants, condos etc! This area is quickly becoming a night out hotspot!) We tried some apps, the brisket sandwich and burger and found the food to be full of flavor and above par for what you often find in a “bar”. We look forward to see how 127saloon makes its presence. The bar is massive and the counter height tables were strategically built on caster wheels to move to open up the dance floor space.
