Finally made it down to coadejimaboise in Downtown Boise! Spent a lovely evening on the patio taking in the sights and dining on delicious food inspired by a “celebration of Latin heritage, land and culture” Same owners as barbacoa_boise - You definitely get that similar eclective vibe and creative menu. We tried - 🌽 Esquites Fire roasted corn, lime, Tajin, cotija cheese, spicy mayo and popcorn 🍖 Kurobuta Carnitas One pound slow cooked whole pork shank. Served with ancho rice, black beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, salsa and tortillas. 🍤 La Tablita (For Two) Maine Lobster tail, Grilled prawns, 8oz. Coulotte and grilled chicken.
