Thinking that we have to base every one of our opinions and beliefs under some kind of construct like a political party or a church affiliation, a family dynamic, or a country‘s culture, does nothing for forward thinking. It’s great if you find something that you connect with, but having to stay so closely within those boundaries is a lost opportunity for thought and growth. And great risk for control and abuse.
