The Spirit of Boise Balloon Classic is this week!!! spiritofboiseballoonclassic is seriously one of my favorite things we do in Boise. A couple years ago I had had a pretty severe accident and this event was the first thing that I attempted to attend after it happened. I don’t know if I can quite explain the feeling of hopefulness it gave me. Just something beautiful about people coming together for something like this. Come for whatever reason. But hopefully it’s uplifting. (No pun intended. 😉) Don’t feel comfortable attending. Totally OK, just make sure to look to the skies! Here’s the information from their website, hope you get a chance to go see it! 🎈 Wednesday, September 1 Kid’s Day! Twenty balloons are expected to inflate at Ann Morrison Park in the morning. Why? Because little ones are invited to jump into the basket of one of those tethered balloons to experience what a ride in a hot air balloon feels like!
