juniperon8th is back! You may have heard us chatting about our dismay at their closing during Covid on episode 3 of theboisebubble “Food in the Treasure Valley”. We could not be happier to head back in for their unbelievable menu and cocktails. Not to mention ambience and location next to freakalleygallery. Juniper is one of the quintessential Boise restaurants. And we love that it is all about local. Local eggs, non-GMO, organic ingredients, cage free chicken and grass-fed beef. They work closely with local farmers, growers, and purveyors to source products with integrity, flavor, and soul. Junipers Wine and Tap Beer list focuses on Idaho’s incredible winemakers and local brewers you may not find anywhere else. The result is Idaho food and drink that is, in their words, “honest, straightforward, and pays homage to the region we are so lucky to call home.” And it’s damn delicious.
