wafflemeupboise is in Meridian! This fantastic waffle stop in Downtown Boise was one of the very first restaurants we ever showcased here on Hello Meridian. In fact, scroll to the very end to see our post from four years ago. Specializing in Liège waffles, always made from scratch, they gained quite the cult following. We are big fans of the “Bob Deluxe”, a savory waffle has melted havarti cheese, a fried market egg (over-medium), bacon, organic syrup and fresh basil. Also the “Waffle Me Banana” sweet waffle has cookie butter, fresh sliced bananas, powdered sugar and whip cream! And of course “Waffles and Chicken” Two hand-battered tenderloins fried to golden perfection atop a golden waffle! Comes with a side of homemade white gravy with bacon bits. 🙌🏻 Waffle Me Up is located on Chinden and Linder, and shares a space with boisefryco_meridian.
