Let’s check out Juniper! Last night we posted a story from our dinner at juniperon8th in Downtown Boise. We couldn’t believe how many messages we got from people asking if it was a place we recommend. WHAT??? Juniper is one of the quintessential Boise restaurants! We thought everyone knew about this local gem. But for those of you that don’t - let’s tell you a little about it. Juniper is all about local. Local eggs, non-GMO, organic ingredients, cage free chicken and grass-fed beef. They work closely with local farmers, growers, and purveyors to source products with integrity, flavor, and soul. Junipers Wine and Tap Beer list focuses on Idaho’s incredible winemakers and local brewers you may not find anywhere else. The result is Idaho food and drink that is, in their words, “honest, straightforward, and pays homage to the region we are so lucky to call home.” And it’s damn delicious.
