This weekend we decided to answer that question that has long been on our minds. Is the famous Spitfire Burger at thetowergrill in Nampa the best burger in the Treasure Valley? The answer. Yep. Pretty sure it is. Hand pressed burger with Sriracha mayo, grilled jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, and jalapeño brown sugar bacon topped with a crispy onion ring. It is freaking amazeballs. The thing is though, we weren’t really surprised. The Tower Grill has been known for having some of the best food in town ever since they opened two years ago. Chicken fried steak with homemade gravy, beer batter onion rings, giant omelets, homemade soup. It’s ALL good. The Fish Tacos have a cult following - and avocado toast with heirloom tomatoes will be your new breakfast favorite! And the restaurant itself is really cool and totally unexpected.
