For our World Language Day, Upper School students "globe-hopped" around NYC to explore a range of neighborhoods known for their cultural influences and cuisines. They enjoyed dining in: Astoria (Greek); Flushing (Korean and Chinese); Jackson Heights (Indian, Bangladeshi, and Pakistani); Arthur Avenue in the Bronx (Italian); Harlem (African American and Afro-Caribbean); and the Lower East Side (Jewish). π½It was a delicious way to learn! π
