Gyro Shack in Meridian is having their GRAND OPENING SATURDAY!!! gyroshackusa has been open for about a week and we are a little embarrassed how much we've lunched there. But their gyro meat just keeps calling us back. This beast is "The Ultimate" - Gyro Meat, chicken, bacon, tzatziki sauce, Pepperoncini, hummus, grilled onions, Kalamata olives, Serrano peppers, feta cheese and spicy sauce. You can easily share this delicious bad boy. Most of their pitas are not quite so intense. (We are just over achievers.)
