One question we get all the time, is "where should we head to dinner if we're in downtown Boise?" We always say the same thing, make a reservation at fork_boise! Fork is about as perfect a restaurant as you're going to find. The ambience is absolutely lovely, the building is beautiful, the food is locally sourced and impeccably crafted. The wine menu is one of the best in the state. And the location is right in the heart of downtown Boise, with lots of parking options available. You can walk to the capital building. We had dinner there tonight and decided to do an entire Instagram story series for you. We've never had a dish there we didn't love. But our absolute favorites are the Idaho Trout with Grilled Kale, the Grilled Cheese fondue, Asparagus fries, the BAM sandwich, the Burgers and the BUTTER CAKE!
