We've decided to take the next few months finding this out in a little series we call #hellomeridianburgers. We decided to start tonight at Harry's Hideaway on Overland. We ordered their basic Hideaway Burger which comes with fries for $9.99. Best part of this burger? The bun is fantastically substantial and doesn't disintegrate midway thru your burger. They grill it perfectly. Nice thick toppings as well. Bummer part, The meat is just so underseasoned. Both contributors took one bite of the burger, and immediately reached for the saltshaker, which was a first for both of them. This burger really could be great, with the addition of garlic salt.
