Spine health and posture are extremely important in long term athletic health. This side-lying windmill mobility exercise is a great way to re-extend the thoracic spine, stretch the pecs, and gain some mobility in your shoulder complex. For those athletes who are spending a significant amount of time seated at their computer, take a minute to try this exercise each day.
