In late October I proposed a thought to my team (Communications Team at Hope) that I might want to illustrate this year's Christmas Eve design, “Hope Is Born”. Right away, my team was very encouraging and supportive of the idea. Over twenty-four hours, spread out within a five day span, my pencil illustration of Jesus in the manger was finished. I have to admit that every time I finish an illustration, I’m honestly amazed and stunned at what I’m able to create. I know the talent I have IS a gift from God!
