This particular studio rents for $426 a month and is 445 square feet. It gets great natural light and beautiful sunsets. Our mission is to create a permanently affordable home for artists. We started in October of 2005 with 33 studios mixed with commercial tenants. Since 2012 we have been 100% art studios and artisanal business – we are bursting at the seams with creativity.
