Refuge began as a literal “refuge” for student artists seeking space, guidance and direction. After five years, Refuge has grown to offer a unique combination of classes designed with empathy at the center. They believe that art is essential to the development of critical thinking skills, creative self-expression and empathetic practice. We're happy to be the home of such an amazing organization.
