Dr. Ashby Kilgore, superintendent of #NewportNews Public #Schools, was honored for her educational leadership and achievements during the Urban League of Hampton Roads’ annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Leaders’ Breakfast on January 18 at Norfolk State University.
