#Worldstar bumps into
#GDep in Harlem,
#NewYork. After serving 14 years in prison,
#GDep gets welcomed home from friends and family.
G. Dep music career flourished when he signed to
#Diddy’s record label
#BadBoyRecords with hit singles like, Special Delivery & Let’s Get It!
He was a rising star at the time until later on in his career he was faced with a murder who he confessed to doing and how the case weighed a lot on him and led him to do the right thing and turn himself in. He stated in an interview at the time that he was “just trying to get things right between himself and God.” He claimed that he did not know that his victim had died. Which is why it led him to turn himself in due to the guilt on his concessions.
On December 15, 2010, Coleman aka G.Dep, walked into the 25th Precinct to confess to a cold case crime, the murder of a Queens man in 1993. Turned himself in and served 14 years!
G. Dep now is searching to do more music and get back on his feet. 🙏 gdepofficial
