The freshman continued to dazzle and extended her streak to 32.1 innings without giving up an earned run across eight games. Over the weekend, Saile struck out 14 batters in 14 innings, pushing her season total to 131. She currently sits in 15th place in FIU history for single-season strikeouts. Saile boasts five shutouts this season and is just three away from tying the FIU single-season record. Overall, Saile is tied for the team lead with 10 wins. Her 1.57 ERA and .157 batting-average against marks rank third and first respectively among league leaders.
