One of the highlights of the LEAD experience is our Team Leader groups - Team Leaders are led by women with a swimming background, who come from a variety of careers and life experiences, and are able to serve as a resource for their group throughout the weekend. Groups are divided by age so girls are able to work through leadership exercises throughout the weekend with their direct peers. Also, hanging out with our Team Leaders is just pretty cool 😎.
