Welcome back to the 2019 LEAD Summit Toni Armstrong (armstrongleadership)! Toni has coached high level club and college swimming and earned her Masters in Experiential Education from Minnesota State Mankato. Her passion is in group dynamics, leadership and experiential educational. She uses direct application to empower athletes, increase retention, and instill an internal motivation for learning. Through play based learning practices, she makes learning leadership fun, collaborative, and community building.
