A good training plan is all logic. The aim is to teach the body to run further and faster and to do so with less rest. It’s a sensible progression with incremental challenges that the athlete remains virtually blind to. Look back on the log from a few weeks prior and see how far you’ve come to arrive at today’s workout. It never feels much harder, you just get better — The bar is raised, but the fitness has been too.
