An unidentified demonstrator during a protest at Columbia University, New York, is captured by master of photography schapirophoto in 1968. The protest was one of a series that occurred when it was discovered that the university was supporting the US war in Vietnam, as well as being in the planning stages of building a new, segregated gymnasium on the NYC campus.
