RNB stands for Rome, Naples, and Bari, which are the 3 regional/family influences for the menu of this cozy little spot. 🚨 NOTE: I want to be clear in stating that because this was an invited meal and this is in no way a true review of the restaurant!!🚨 Our favorite dishes (full star ratings from the feedback form is towards the end of the slideshow): 🍆 1 🍆Eggplant Parm: Loved the extremely thin layering on this parm. Served in an individual baking dish, so it had great crispy edges as well. 🎣2🎣 Scialatielli: Homemade fresh pasta + an assortment of calamari, clams, and mussels with a tomato sauce.
