Testing stabilization on my new camera 🙋🏻‍♀️ Shot on insta360 ONE X2  I first started doing mirror + camera videos back in 2016. Back then I used a gimbal with a camera, because the only way to get good stabilization was to use a gimbal (a motorized stabilizer). I first saw vonwong do this a few years back when he was demo'ing gimbals, and I was totally mesmerized by the effect. I tried giving it my own twist by combining it with dance-y movements 👯‍♀️  In the last 4 years, camera stabilization has gotten so good that for some cameras, you don’t even need gimbals anymore. (Disclosure - insta360 sent me this camera for free to test out) The camera is using a combination of gyroscope sensors and optical stabilization to get the footage this well stabilized.
