The video you’re seeing is 12 seconds, but we moved at about 1/10th the speed. Each attempt took about 2 minutes to shoot, with us holding our breath the whole time trying to coordinate all our actions. We did about 10 takes, and it took quite a bit of iteration on choreography and timing to get it to look right.  I actually chose the music after we finished shooting, and then brought the video into Premiere Pro to adjust the speed curves to try to get the actions to match up to the music. ...
