#ThisIsGrassroots: "In 2014 I volunteered to help out in any role available in order to work in basketball. I wiped sweat off the floor, picked up trash, and did anything and everything that was thrown at me. One event someone joked that I should track my steps because I was always moving from court to court. So we got a tracker and I logged a little over 27 miles that tournament. I never thought I'd be working in basketball growing up but it's been amazing. I've have had the opportunity to go places and meet people I never would’ve dreamed of.
