In light of the global COVID-19 pandemic, for the 2020-21 admission cycle, Howard University has implemented a test optional policy for undergraduate first year admission consideration. As such, SAT/ACT test scores will not be required to render an admission application complete. Moreover, students who do not submit test scores will not be at a disadvantage in the admission process. This policy will extend to students who are interested in the karshstemscholarsprogram.
