I was named to the All-Conference 1st Academic Team for 3 athletic seasons in Women's Lacrosse while at Howard. In 2015, I was in a car accident that left my left leg critically damaged and no longer functional. After expert consultation, numerous recommendations from doctors, and lots of ‘prayer, I moved forward in faith. With use of my prosthetic leg I have been bleesed with a new normal. Although my life’s journey has had unforeseen turns, my positive approach has yielded a renewed spirit. I am passionate, and committed to living life to the fullest! My intentional focus on God, and unwavering faith continue to lead and guide me. I love to help others and one change doesn't affect my victory!
