A remote Secret Santa. 🎅🏻 · 3 #takeaways from us on this Secret Santa get-together? 🧐 1) Make sure you do your research on how long it’ll take to send someone a physical package! E-mail takes seconds, but snail mail? Oof, different story. Some countries have crazy import/shipping fees as a part of keeping buying power within the local economy. Others, it takes a day to shoot something over. 📬 · 2) It can be difficult especially for global time zones, but try to find a time where most people/everyone can attend! If not, we encourage videotaping your reactions and posting it for the team- something where we can see your face. 📹 · 3) As logistically difficult as it may be, things like these are so important to keep up remote work culture and help the team feel connected.
