Meet Serena 👋 Associate Product Designer at Sydney HQ. Having joined the team just over a year ago as a Graduate Quality Engineer, Serena recently transitioned into our Product Design team. In her new role, Serena is focused on designing experiences that look & feel good for our customers. To achieve this, Serena is responsible for conducting research, implementing tests & contributing to decision-making that improves the customer's experience with our platform.
