Last Friday, a dozen Creighton volunteers kicked off a year-long initiative to help refugees settling in Omaha. Fridays over the course of the next year, Creighton students, faculty and staff will take part in a Creighton Global Initiative program that will assist Lutheran Family Services (LFS) in the resettling of refugees.
