PowerBar Nutrition Truth‼️ How much sodium do you really need? 🤔 Our bodies require a certain level of sodium in the bloodstream to preform. Unfortuntely this is also the electrolyte lost most when we sweat. This is why it’s not only important to drink enough water, but also replace electrolytes lost. In fact, drinking only water for longer, harder events could be dangerous and lead to Hyponatremia, which is when your blood sodium levels become to diluted and can be potentially life threatening.
